was presented today at the International Tourism Exchange in Milan at the stand of the Region Liguria, the fifth edition of Slow Fish, an international event organized by Slow Food and the Liguria Region dedicated to fish and aquatic ecosystems, to be held in Genova May 27 to 30.
fundamental theme of Slow Fish 2011 is far more: the fishermen, with the spotlight on men. The event is divided into a path of memory: small-scale fishing was, as cultures involved, such as opportunity, inconvenience, competencies, and small-scale fishing is, as has been modernized, as it relates to the world and how the Globalisation has been penalized.
